1. Booking
Istanbulsightseeing.com is the online booking site and trading name of Ths Tourism
& Travel Co Ltd whose registered office is at Sirkeci #54 34410 Istanbul Turkey.
These booking conditions govern all bookings with Istanbulsightseeing.com . Any
booking made or order placed by you whether through the company's website or other
wise shall be deemed as an offer by you to purchase the relevant package or other
holiday arrangement subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you
and Istanbulsightseeing.com shall come into existence until Istanbulsightseeing.com
accepts full payment and issues a confirmation invoice. The person who makes the
booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible
for all payment due from the party. Booking services with Istanbulsightseeing.com
are currently only available to persons who are at least 18 years old. By submitting
a booking you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.

2. Payments
Different methods of payment apply depending on travel arrangements and services.

3. Direct Bookings - (Online)
To pay for services booked directly at Istanbulsightseeing.com you must be a holder
of a valid credit card. Your credit card number is required at the time of booking.
In the event that Istanbulsightseeing.com is unable to obtain confirmation from
the supplieran alternative will be offered. If the customer does not accept the
alternativeor Istanbulsightseeing.com is not able to offer an alternative no charge
will be made. You will be notified of the relevant charges prior to issue of a confirmation
invoice. If your travel documents are being paid for with a third party credit card
we will require written authorisation to be provided by the card holder via fax
or letter.

4. Custom Made Tours and Groups
When booking a custom made tour or when making a booking for a group of 10 people
or more a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package price should reach
Istanbulsightseeing.com at the time of booking. Full payment (less deposit) for
groups and individuals should reach Istanbulsightseeing.com at least 4 weeks prior
to the arrival of the clients or upon confirmation of booking if done within 4 weeks.
In the case of delayed payment Istanbulsightseeing.com reserves the right to treat
this as a cancellation and to withdraw its confirmation of the services. For groups
and custom made tours Istanbulsightseeing.com accepts payment by credit card certified
bank cheque or by electronic bank transfer to our bank account.

5. Other
If you are not a holder of a valid credit card or do not want to send your credit
card number through the Internet then you can send your bookings directly to our
sales office in Istanbul either by fax or e-mail and pay by electronic bank transfer
or a certified bank cheque.

6. Validity of Prices
All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current prices and are subject
to change without notice in the event of currency fluctuation government taxes or
any such cost increase which is beyond Istanbulsightseeing.com's control. Istanbulsightseeing.com
reserves the right to notify the customer of any increase to prices already published
in our price lists brochures or website. Any eventual changes in rates will not
be made without at least 8 weeks notice. After the invoice has been issued the price
is guaranteed against any surcharge unless an increase is due to government laws
or currency changes. Istanbulsightseeing.com will absorb an amount equivalent to
5% of the package price. Amounts that exceed 5% will be charged but should the surcharge
exceed 10 %clients will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund.

7. Cancellation
For all cancellations Istanbulsightseeing.com will make every effort to ensure the
best protection for the customer. However late cancellation can result in compensation
claims from hotels and other service partners. All cancellations must be in writing
and sent to Istanbulsightseeing.com by letter fax or e-mail. In conformity with
business practices within the Turkey´s travel industry Istanbulsightseeing.com is
obliged to charge cancellation fees to customers of full price as follows:
Notice of Cancellation - Individual Customer
More than 2 weeks prior to arrival: 30%
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: 45%.
Less than 72 hours prior to arrival: 70%
Less than 48 hours prior to arrival: 100%
Notice of Cancellation - Groups (10 or More)
More than 4 weeks prior to arrival: 20%
Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50%
Less than 72 hours prior to arrival: 100%
Since cancellation rules for domestic flights trains and day tours that include
flights are stricter than normal cancellation rules Istanbulsightseeing.com can
not refund for any flight that have been booked.

8. Cancellation of Flights: No Refund
Note that cancellation by passenger(s) within a group may either result in a price
increase for the whole group or a cancellation fee being charged to the passenger(s)
who have cancelled. We strongly recommend that all our clients take out comprehensive
travel insurance to avoid dispute in case of cancellation.

9. Invoice and Voucher Delivery
Invoice and vouchers will be handed over on arrival or sent to the customer. In
accordance with mail order regulationsall documents that are posted will be sent
to the billing address of the credit card holdernot to the address of the passenger
(unless they are one and the same). We strongly recommend that all documents be
sent to you by Registered Post or Courier Service to your homeoffice or departure
airport. There is a small additional fee for this service. Documents can be mailed
by first class postbut Istanbulsightseeing.com cannot accept responsibility for
documents mislaid or lost. The credit card used for purchase must be presented when
vouchers are collected on arrival.

10. Liability
Istanbulsightseeing.com works as an agent only and therefore disclaims responsibility
for any loss damage accident injury sickness or schedule change due to weatherstrike
or any other cause beyond Istanbulsightseeing.com's control. Istanbulsightseeing.com
acts in good faith and cannot be held responsible for any agent hotel coach operator
airline guide restaurant or any other person's or companies' acts defaults or delays.Istanbulsightseeing.com
reserves the right to alter routes itineraries or departure times without prior
notice should the necessity a rise. In the case of any changes to flights (domestic
and international)the passenger is responsible for any additional costs incurred
as a result of such changes(i.e. additional hotel nightsmealstransfersetc.) at the
time provided. We therefore advise all clients to have comprehensive travel insurance
to meet all contingencies.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your stay in Istanbul / Turkey you must
advise Istanbulsightseeing.com there on in writing within 10 days of your return.
Otherwise no compensation may be considered.

11. Car Rental (Terms and Conditions)
Istanbulsightseeing.com offers a comprehensive car rental brokering service. Our
goal is to offer the best prices and the best service from highly rated and reliable
car rental companies. The cars you rent through our service are always newclean
and in excellent condition.
Age Requirement and Driving Licence
Minimum driver age is 20 years and a full driving licence must have been held for
at least 12 months. The driving licence must be presented at the start of the rental.
If the driving licence is not in Roman alphabetthen an international driving permit
(IDP) is needed for translation purposes.
Credit Card
A credit card imprint will be taken at the start of all rentals for security reasonseven
when a voucher covers the cost of the rental. Cash and debit card deposits will
not be accepted. This credit card imprint may be used to pay all extra chargesincluding
extra driven kilometresextra insuranceparking finesdamages or any costs due to the
car rental company as a result of the hirer's use of the car.

Pick-up and Drop-off Service
For customers in the Istanbul area staying at hotels,guesthouses or other accommodation
free transfer is offered to and from the rental location. Free transfer is also
offered from certain locations in the Istanbul city centre. For customers arriving
at Ataturk airport a pick-up and drop-off service is offered at 30 $ additional
charge each way.
For a pick-up service it is essential that Istanbulsightseeing.com be given the
correct information concerning pick-up location and timebefore departure.
If this information is not available at the time of booking please ensure that you
inform us of this at least 3 days prior to departure. If this information is not
provided in timeno responsibility will be accepted or compensation considered for
a failed rental.
Rental Period
The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). The period is calculated from the
time the hirer is picked up until the time when the vehicle has been returned to
the same location. If the vehicle is returned 1 hour or more after the designated
drop-off timethe car rental company reserves the right to charge an extra day.
Extention of Rental
If you wish to extend the rental period after receiving the vehicle you may only
do so by direct arrangement with the supplier. You will be charged by the supplier
at the local daily ratewhich may be higher that our negotiated rates.
Fuel Tank
Rental rates do not include petrol. The rental car will normally have a full tank
of fuel and the car should be refilled before returning it. If the hirer fails to
do so a charge will be made for having the tank refilled.
Insurance
Third party liability is equivalent to the amount stipulated by Turkish law at any
given time. This also applies to the amount of individual driver liability. Third
party cover and personal accident insurance is automatically included in your rental.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
CDW is available with each car for an additional fee (included in unlimited mileage).
CDW covers damages to the rental vehicle. It waives liability in case of any damages
to the vehicle in excess of 6.000 $ for 2wd cars and 8.000 $ for 4wd and larger
cars.
CDW does not cover damage caused by negligencedriving while intoxicateddamage to
tyresheadlightswind-screen and the underside of the cardamage caused by loose stones
thrown up at the car from gravel roads or damage to the engine of the car caused
by water getting into the motorplease see the full details listed on the back of
the rental agreement.
Baby and Child Safety Seats
Safety seats for babies and children are available. The charge for a baby seat is
60 $ per rental for children from the age of 6 months to 4years. There is no charge
for seats for children of 4 years and older.
Driver's Restrictions
The hirer may not drive 2wd cars into the highlandsor on any off road track.
Cancellations and Amendment Charges
The same cancellation and amendment rules apply to car rentals as to other services
on this site.
Value-added Tax (VAT)
All prices mentioned on this site include value-added tax. In Turkey this tax is
can vary a lot.
Rental Documents
The rental voucher must be presented when picking up your rental car. Istanbulsightseeing.com
cannot be held responsible for rentals rejected if a voucher is not presented. In
the case of a lost voucher you must contact Istanbulsightseeing.com so that a new
voucher can be printed.
Provision of Cars
Suppliers can refuse to provide a vehicle to any customer who is in their opinion
unfit to driveor who does not meet eligibility requirements. In such cases we will
endeavour to evaluate each case fairly.
Car Type / Suitability
Istanbulsightseeing.com is unable to guarantee a particular make or model of car.
The car indicated in your voucher is for guidance only and may be substituted for
an alternative similar or upgraded car (at no extra cost).
Number of Passengers
Our rental cars are insured for a maximum number of passengers. Istanbulsightseeing.com
cannot accept responsibility if the vehicle is not large enough to accommodate all
passengers and luggagewhere correct details were not supplied at the time of booking.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied in any way with the standard of the car or the serviceyou
must advise the supplier immediately. You must also advise Istanbulsightseeing.com
in writing within 7 days of your return. As a locally operated agency Istanbulsightseeing.com
is well placed to deal with your complaints. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly.
NOTE: All rentals are subject to the full rental agreement terms and conditions
at the time of rental.
